So, it would seem that when things get busy in the city, they'd have a lot to do. Aliya didn't mind that. It meant that they are held in high regard and she just had to push herself to meet that expectation. Hopefully, the others would pull their weight as well. She had a feeling though that these two were the kinds of people she wouldn't need to worry about in that regard.
Before more could be said, another stepped into the barracks. He didn't look like a commanding officer, but more like a business man. Judging from the circumstances, there were two reasons that he was here; Either he needed the help of the 13th and wanted to speak to them in person, or he was a recruit. Although attire and Donet's own remark leaned towards the former, she didn't rule out the latter. From what she could tell, recruitment was a bit of a mess with the 13th and perhaps this was one Donet had not heard about. This was not a good sign though, and so she needed to try and sort something out.
"I will take my leave for now, ma'am. I will be in the gym if needed." she spoke out, putting her gloves back on before grabbing her bag and heading towards the door, stopping to salute Donet on the way.
"If it would not impose upon you, I would like to speak with you later, so perhaps you could meet me in the gym when you have a moment." she added on before stepping around the business man and heading towards the gym. She needed to be sure that things would be okay with Donet, but she didn't want to speak of such matters around others. [EXIT]

(Technically Fred said operation and that doesn't exactly mean combat. ) Fred shrugged. "Oh well guess I'll need to wander around for a bit. No big deal." Fred says to Donet before some other guy came in to the barracks. He was wearing a suit, was this guy military? He sure didn't look like it, plus the First Lieutenant had said there was no one else for a while, and he didn't salute, but he had luggage as well. Seemed a bit odd to Fred but he decided that it didn't interest him that much and after Aliya had left, Fred picked up his rifle. "I'll be going to the shooting range myself. So if you need me Lieutenant, that's where I'll be." Fred says before walking out of the barracks. Once he was outside Fred started walking around, deciding to look around the base, so he knew where everything was, before he went looking for the shooting range. It probably wasn't all that different from his old base but he didn't know for sure.

“My name is Oz Vesalarius,” The young man put down his briefcase and luggage, “I am dispatched by the Ministry of Interior on loan to this unit.” He looked around, walking over to grab a chair and pulling it to himself, sitting down as he scanned the small office. Oz was kind of skeptical. The unit didn’t seem to be very high in the organizational hierarchy, but he was told the 13ths were sort of treated as irregulars due to their capability and didn’t fit into the command structure half the time.
“I was told I would receive further orders from the unit once I reached there.” Oz mentioned, “Orders told me to report to a Donet Norwell, but it didn’t tell me what she looked like.”

"Ministry of Interior? On loan?" Donet was beyond bewildered, she hadn't heard of this. She mentally smacked herself in the realization she hadn't checked any of her administration related office or work areas since she'd picked up these folders a few days ago. By her luck Oz's folder was sitting there as well. Not that his name rang any bells, but there were only specific types of people sent to the 13th government agent or not.
"I-I would be First Lieutenant Donet Nowell, do you have any papers I can see Mister Vesalarius?" The woman walked towards Oz and pulled out a chair infront of him and set her two dossiers on Fred and Aliya on the desk. She hoped there would be something there she could go on until she got back to her office space.

“My resume and Dossier ma’am.” Oz looked at Donet as he handed two folders over. Not usually would one see someone of oriental origin around here. Before Oz could comprehend his thoughts, he felt necessary to continue the awkward conversation, “I received special orders from the office to assist your unit during my stay, and I am to be put under your command effective tomorrow, I think official orders should be expected later.”

"Thank you." Donet took the folders, thankful to have some information on Oz now and began flipping through them quickly in an unmasked hurried manner. This task was stopped when Oz began to talk since she wouldn't be able to read and listen too well, plus she was told it was rude.
The fact that a agent from the government was coming here as a subordinate no less was mind boggling to Donet. The 13th did not have a good reputation prestige or limiting property damage wise. "While I am very grateful to have you and your power at my disposal, I have to be blunt and ask Mr. Vesalius, did you lose a bet to get assigned to the 13th?"

“No ma’am.” Oz replied, and honestly, continued, “Though I would assume I have won a bet with a colleague of mine as to whether or not I would get a lady as charming as you as a leader.” The man tried to smile. He was a natural with ladies, mostly due to his airly but gentleman personality and character.
“Honestly though, there are things I must keep classified for both your sake and mine, but make no mistake my orders come directly from the Minister himself.” He responded, officially speaking anyway, he wasn’t the only one sent to assist the unit. There are individuals back at special investigations office that are on his beck and call this time around to assist both himself and the unit when the need arises. “As to why… well your guess would be as good as mine.”

Donet gave a half hearted smile at the compliment as Oz's natural ability with women clashed with her childhood of not exactly being raised to be a woman. Thus the compliment flew over her head with minimal affect.
"Very well then Mr. Vesalius, now then a quick few things." Donet shut the folders and stood up before motioning towards the few rows of empty bunks in the unusually empty area for it's size. "This is the 13th's barracks you may choose any bunk you wish as we will be spending most of our standby time here."
"Otherwise most of your luggage should stay in your home, unless you wish to live in the barracks." Donet only knew a few people that ever did choose that, so it wasn't out of the question.

“Yes ma’am.” Oz stood up and saluted his new commander. “Because of my current job description, I will request the administration office to allocate a room for myself.” The young man shifted glasses before retreating to the door, “I’ll take my leave now ma’am.”
“And ma’am.” Before Oz left, he said, “It will be fine for you to call me by my given name.”
“I may be under employment of the government, but you are still the direct superior I will report to from now.” He notified, before continuing, “I will be at your beck and call.”

"Very well...Oz, when we have another meeting with all the members I'll be sure to inform you." Donet was a bit uncomfortable with how friendly Oz was being but it was just something new that came with him. She'd get used to it.
Still there were other things she needed to check so she'd be leaving as well. "Until next time Oz, I need to check on a few things myself so I'll be off." With that Donet gathered up her other folders and left the barracks.

“I understand.” He wouldn’t mince his words, but being polite to superiors is what that is expected of people. Oz saluted Donet as she walked out, him following after her, before she disappeared out of the barracks, he too left to handle his own affairs. The one most important thing now is probably to get settled in and prepare the day’s work.
